Question:
If I pay for a subscription, is that all I have to pay? For example, let's say I want to sign up for a 6-volume subscription. According to the order form, that will cost me $33.98. Is that price including everything? (Cost of the manga, cost of shipping and handling, etc.) Or is that just the cost of the service?
Answer:
That price includes everything except the shipping. The shipping is approximately $2.99 per volume. As a comparison, the shipping on Amazon is $3.99 per volume and the cost is typically cover price. Our total cost is shown in the shopping cart *before* you complete the order.
Question: How will you ship the manga? One volume per month? Six (or however many) volumes at one time?
Answer:
If only future issues are ordered, we ship one per month (or as they are released). If you order older issues also, we email you to ask if you desire them sent *at once* or *one per month*. Your choice.
Question: If I sign up for this service, and you ship me a damaged manga, will there be any compensation? If so, what kind of compensation?
Answer:
We will happily send you a replacement. If you are unsatisfied with just getting a replacement, we will send extend your subscription by an extra volume. We normally send goodies with each manga anyway such as collector cards. We want satisfied customers.
